Refusal to permit employees to attend drill or other duty

Sec. 4. An employer who knowingly or intentionally refuses to allow a member of the Indiana national guard to attend any assembly at which the member has a duty to perform under this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-2-4-2.]
