Indiana Code § 10-16-7-16

Election day; muster, assembly, review, or parade

Sec. 16. (a) A muster or an assembly for instruction, review, or parade may not be held or called in any county on any day during which a general election, primary election, municipal election, or special election is held in the county, except in case of or imminent danger of riot, invasion, insurrection, or public disaster.       (b) An officer who orders a muster or an assembly on an election day shall forfeit an amount as a court-martial adjudges.
