Sec. 3. (a) The term of each member of the state armory board expires four (4) years from the date of the member's appointment. (b) If there is a vacancy in the state armory board, the governor may fill the vacancy for the unexpired term. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-2-2-10.]
