Compensation for damages; individual eligible entity

Sec. 14. (a) This section applies only to an eligible entity that is an individual.       (b) The amount of loss that may be compensated for damages to an individual's property: (1) must be at least five hundred dollars ($500); and (2) may not be more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).       (c) Only one (1) individual per residence is eligible for compensation under this section.   IC 10-14-5 Chapter 5.
