Use by noncriminal justice organizations or individuals restricted

Sec. 29. A noncriminal justice organization or individual that receives a limited criminal history may not use it for purposes: (1) other than those stated in the request; or (2) that deny the subject any civil right to which the subject is entitled. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 5-2-5-6.]
