Sec. 7. "Pension consultants" means an individual, a firm, or a corporation of technical consultants competent and qualified to supervise and assist in the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a pension plan on an actuarially sound basis. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-1-1.9-6.]
