Sec. 2. (a) The Internet crimes against children fund is established. (b) The fund consists of appropriations from the general assembly. (c) The fund may be used only for the purposes described in sections 3 and 4 of this chapter. (d) The fund shall be administered by the department. (e) The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in the fund.
