Status of members of the general assembly serving on governmental bodies

Sec. 8. For purposes of a statute providing for the reimbursement of the expenses incurred by an individual serving as a member of a task force, a commission, a committee, or another body (however designated), a member of the general assembly is not considered a state employee.   IC 1-1-5 Chapter 5.
