Indiana Code § 1-1-16-6

"Prohibited person"

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "prohibited person" means either of the following: (1) An individual who is a citizen of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a country designated as a threat to critical infrastructure by the governor under section 8(b) of this chapter. (2) A company described in section 9(a)(2) of this chapter.
