Sec. 4. The Honor and Remember flag may be displayed at: (1) each state office building; (2) the Indiana state veterans' cemetery established by IC 10-17-11-4 ; and (3) each veterans cemetery managed by the Indiana department of veterans' affairs; and at all levels of government during the entire month of May annually.
