deduction from an eligible individual's weekly benefit amount of an amount to pay for health insurance if the individual elects to have such deduction made and the deduction is made under a program approved by the United States Secretary of Labor in accordance with Section 3304(a)(4)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code.
