(a) In the annual report to the Governor required by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, the Director shall report the result of inspections and investigations made of establishments under this Act, together with such other information and recommendations as he or she deems proper. (b) The Director shall make an annual report of his or her work under this Act to the Governor on or before the first day of February of each year. The Director shall make a biennial report to the General Assembly on or before the first day of February of each odd-numbered year.
