(a) The Department shall maintain a toll-free telephone number to facilitate information requests concerning the issuance of certificates under this Act and the reporting of violations of this Act. (b) The Department shall conduct ongoing outreach and education efforts concerning this Act targeted toward school districts, employers, and other appropriate community organizations. The Department shall, to the extent possible, coordinate these outreach and education activities with other appropriate local, State, and federal agencies. (c) The Department shall file with the General Assembly, no later than January 1 each year, a report of its activities regarding administration and enforcement of this Act for the preceding fiscal year.
