(a) The Department shall post a summary of the requirements of this Act in English, Spanish, and Polish on its official web site and on bulletin boards in each of its offices. (b) An entity for whom one or more individuals perform services who are not classified as employees under Section 10 of this Act shall post and keep posted, in a conspicuous place on each job site where those individuals perform services and in each of its offices, a notice in English, Spanish, and Polish, prepared by the Department, summarizing the requirements of this Act. The Department shall furnish copies of summaries without charge to entities upon request.
