Illinois Code § 820 ILCS 135/2.3

Sections of cemeteries.

No provision of any law of this State
may
be construed to prohibit a cemetery authority from reserving, in a cemetery not
owned by a religious organization or
institution, a section of interment rights, entombment rights, or
inurnment rights for sale exclusively to persons of a particular religion,
unless membership in the religion is restricted on account of race, color, or
national origin. As used in this Section, "interment rights", "entombment
rights", and "inurnment rights" have the meanings ascribed to those terms in
the Cemetery Care Act or the Cemetery Oversight Act, whichever is applicable.
