(a) "Dance studio" or "studio" means any person or business entity which contracts with members of the general public to provide dance studio services. (b) "Dance studio services" includes instruction, training or assistance in dancing, the use of studio facilities, membership in any group formed by a dance studio, and participation in dance competitions or showcases, and related travel arrangements.
