Whenever any person knowingly uses or has knowingly used any Internet caller identification equipment or Internet phone equipment in violation of this Act, that use shall be deemed an unlawful act or practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. In the case of the use of Internet caller identification or Internet phone equipment in violation of this Act, all remedies, penalties, and authority available to the Attorney General and the several State's Attorneys under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act for the enforcement of that Act shall be available for the enforcement of this Act.
