In addition to any other fee that the Secretary of State may impose and collect pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 4, 8, and 11a of this Act, beginning on July 1, 2003 the Secretary of State shall also collect the following additional fees: Securities offered or sold under the Uniform Limited Offering Exemption Pursuant to Section 4.D of the Act . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $100 Securities offered or sold under the Uniform Limited Offering Exemption pursuant to subsection T of Section 4 of this Act . $100 Registration and renewal of a dealer . . . . . . . . . $300 Registration and renewal of a registered Internet portal . $300 Registration and renewal of an investment adviser . $200 Federal covered investment adviser notification filing and annual notification filing . . . . . . . . $200 Registration and renewal of a salesperson . . . . . . $75 Registration and renewal of an investment adviser representative and a federal covered investment adviser representative . . . . . . . . . . . $75 Investment fund shares notification filing and annual notification filing: $800 plus $80 for each series, class, or portfolio. All fees collected by the Secretary of State pursuant to this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly shall be deposited into the General Revenue Fund in the State treasury.
