Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this act

Sec. 2. 

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this act
shall be deemed guilty of a business offense and upon conviction thereof
shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not less than one
hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, and for a second or
subsequent offense by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars nor more
than one thousand dollars. Each act done, prohibited by this act, shall
constitute a separate violation and offense hereunder.
