(a) The Comptroller may, upon determination that grounds exist for the revocation or suspension of a license issued under this Act, revoke or suspend, if appropriate, the license issued to a licensee or to a particular branch office location with respect to which the grounds for revocation or suspension may occur or exist. (b) Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license or licenses to the Comptroller. If the licensee fails to do so, the Comptroller has the right to seize the license or licenses.
