January 1, 1968. Contracts entered into before January 1, 1968, and the rights, duties and interests flowing from them, remain valid thereafter and may be satisfied, completed, consummated and enforced as required or permitted by the Retail Installment Sales Act, approved June 17, 1957, as amended.
