(a) The rights and remedies under this Act are in addition to any other rights or remedies that may exist at law or equity. (b) Any condition, stipulation, or provision binding any client of a business broker to waive compliance with or relieve a person from any duty or liability imposed by or any right provided by this Act or any rule or order pursuant to this Act is void. (c) If any provision of this Act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity of that provision or application does not affect other provisions or applications of this Act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
