(a) Nothing in this Act shall be construed to restrict the exercise of powers or the performance of the duties of the Illinois Attorney General that he or she is authorized to exercise or perform by law. (b) Any violation of this Act constitutes a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. (c) The Illinois Attorney General may enforce a violation of this Act as an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
