(a) The Secretary of State may charge and collect a fee for expedited services as follows: (1) Filing statement of conversion, $200. (2) Filing statement of domestication, $200. (3) Filing statement of amendments, $200. (4) Filing statement of abandonment, $200. (b) All moneys collected under this Section shall be deposited into the Department of Business Services Special Operations Fund. No other fees or taxes collected under this Act shall be deposited into that Fund. (c) As used in this Section, "expedited services" has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 15.95 of the Business Corporation Act of 1983. (805 ILCS 415/Art. 9 heading) ARTICLE 9.
