(a) Copies, photostatic or otherwise, of documents filed in the Office of the Secretary of State in accordance with this Act, when certified by the Secretary of State under the Great Seal of the State of Illinois, shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the documents. (b) Certificates by the Secretary of State under the Great Seal of the State of Illinois as to the existence or nonexistence of facts relating to entities filing under this Act, which would not appear from a certified copy of any document, shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the existence or nonexistence of the facts stated.
