Comptroller the report required to be filed by a licensee under Section 12 of the "Cemetery Care Act", approved July 21, 1947, as now or hereafter amended. The Comptroller shall examine such report to determine whether the association has fully complied with the requirements of the "Cemetery Care Act", approved July 21, 1947, as now or hereafter amended.
