(a) A limited worker cooperative association is an entity distinct from its members. (b) A limited worker cooperative association may be organized for any lawful purpose, whether or not for profit. (c) An association organized as a worker cooperative under this Act does not create a presumption that workers are employees of the association for any purposes.
