orderly marketing of agricultural products through co-operation; to eliminate speculation and waste; to make the distribution of agricultural products between producer and consumer as direct as can be efficiently done; to stabilize the marketing of agricultural products, and to provide for the organization and incorporation of agricultural co-operative associations and societies, this Act is passed.
