may receive, by grant or legacy, real estate, for the purpose of holding camp meetings, and may make such improvements thereon as they may deem for their comfort and convenience. The title to such real estate shall be in such corporation, subject to like conditions as are provided in this act in regard to other real estate held by such corporation.
