her contract, any person entitled to a lien under this Act may file a complaint against the owner and contractor, setting forth the nature of his or her claim, the amount due, as near as may be, and the names of the parties employed on such house or other improvement subject to liens; and a notice of such action shall be served on the persons therein named, and the parties shall have their claim adjudicated. The premises may be sold as in other cases under this act. The parties to such action shall prosecute the same under like requirements as are directed in section 11 of this Act.
