county in the State of Illinois for the purpose of foreclosing the lien herein provided, the court shall, upon entering judgment for the plaintiff, allow as a part of the costs in the suit all moneys paid, if any, for the foreclosure by advertisement and sale of the chattel under section 6 of this Act, together with the costs of filing and recording such lien and certified copies thereof.
