in deeds, etc. Every deed, lease, mortgage or other instrument may legally describe a unit by its identifying number or symbol as shown on the plat and as set forth in the declaration, and every such description shall be deemed good and sufficient for all purposes, and shall be deemed to convey, transfer, encumber or otherwise affect the owner's corresponding percentage of ownership in the common elements even though the same is not expressly mentioned or described therein.
