guardian, commissioner, sheriff, or other officer, of any real estate sold in pursuance of any judgment upon being acknowledged or proved before any officer authorized to take acknowledgment or proof of deeds, and certified as other deeds, shall be admitted to record in the county where the real estate sold is situated.
