Illinois Code § 765 ILCS 1090/5

Power of court.

The court that appoints a receiver under this Act has exclusive jurisdiction and authority:
 
 
(a) to direct and control the receiver; 
 
 
(b) over all receivership property wherever located;
 
 
(c) to determine all controversies related to the 
 
receivership or the collection, preservation, improvement, disposition, and distribution of receivership property; and 
 
 
(d) over all matters otherwise arising in or relating 
 
to the receivership, the receivership property, the exercise of the receiver's powers, or the performance of the receiver's duties.
