The court that appoints a receiver under this Act has exclusive jurisdiction and authority: (a) to direct and control the receiver; (b) over all receivership property wherever located; (c) to determine all controversies related to the receivership or the collection, preservation, improvement, disposition, and distribution of receivership property; and (d) over all matters otherwise arising in or relating to the receivership, the receivership property, the exercise of the receiver's powers, or the performance of the receiver's duties. receivership or the collection, preservation, improvement, disposition, and distribution of receivership property; and to the receivership, the receivership property, the exercise of the receiver's powers, or the performance of the receiver's duties.
