The Secretary shall keep for public examination a record of all marks registered or renewed under this Act, as well as a record of all documents recorded pursuant to Section 35. The Secretary will provide a certified copy of any single registration, or portion thereof, upon receiving a request in writing for the copy and payment of a $5 fee, payable to the Secretary.
