(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2027) Sec. 7. Definitions. As used in this Act: "Department" means the Department of Public Health. "Qualified medical science institution" means an institution of medical, mortuary, or other sciences meeting the requirements of Section 25 of this Act. "State facility" means any facility, hospital, institution, morgue, or other place for bodies of deceased persons owned or operated by the State of Illinois, other than a qualified medical science institution.
