(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.9) Sec. 25-7-103.9. Quick-take; rail carriers. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used by a rail carrier within the time limitations and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 18c-7501 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
