(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.8) Sec. 25-7-103.8. Quick-take; Metropolitan Water Reclamation District purposes. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used by a sanitary district created under the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act for the acquisition of land or interests therein for purposes specified in that Act.
