(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.41a) Sec. 25-7-103.41a. Quick-take; South Raney Street Improvement Project Phase I. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months after June 21, 1996 by the City of Effingham, Illinois for acquisition of property for the South Raney Street Improvement Project Phase I.
