(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.40) Sec. 25-7-103.40. Quick-take; Village of Palatine. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year after July 14, 1995, by the Village of Palatine for the acquisition of property located along the south side of Dundee Road between Rand Road and Hicks Road for redevelopment purposes.
