(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.3) Sec. 25-7-103.3. Quick-take; coal development purposes. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose specified in the Illinois Coal Development Bond Act.
