(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.14) Sec. 25-7-103.14. Quick-take; Illinois Sports Facilities Authority purposes. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used by the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority for the purpose specified in Section 12 of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act.
