(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.13) Sec. 25-7-103.13. Quick-take; enterprise zone purposes. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used by a home rule municipality, after a public hearing held by the corporate authorities or by a committee of the corporate authorities and after approval by a majority of the corporate authorities, within an area designated as an enterprise zone by the municipality under the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act.
