In this Act, unless the context requires otherwise: "Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice. "Director" means the Director of Juvenile Justice. "Mortality review team" or "team" means a Department of Juvenile Justice mortality review team appointed pursuant to this Act. "Youth" means any person committed by court order to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
