Illinois Code § 730 ILCS 120/12

The Board shall promulgate rules governing client performance

in the Program. Those rules shall include but need not be limited to requirements that

 
(1) The client meet with his counselor for at least 3 hours each week
during his participation in the Program;

 
(2) The client meet with his instructor for at least 9 hours each week during
his participation in the Program;

 
(3) The client meet, during his participation in the Program, for at
least 2 hours each week with other clients,
under the supervision of their respective counselors, for the purpose of
conducting general discussion groups; and

 
(4) The client cooperate with his probation officer or any other agent
designated by the court to monitor the client's compliance with the
conditions of his probation.
