Sec. 124B-405. Persons and property subject to forfeiture. A person who has been convicted previously of the offense of obscenity under Section 11-20 of the Criminal Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012 and who is convicted of a second or subsequent offense of obscenity under that Section shall forfeit the following to the State of Illinois: (1) Any property constituting or derived from any proceeds that the person obtained, directly or indirectly, as a result of the offense. (2) Any of the person's property used in any manner, wholly or in part, to commit the offense. proceeds that the person obtained, directly or indirectly, as a result of the offense. wholly or in part, to commit the offense.
