Sec. 112A-16. Accountability for actions of others. For the purposes of issuing a domestic violence order of protection, deciding what remedies should be included and enforcing the order, Article 5 of the Criminal Code of 2012 shall govern whether respondent is legally accountable for the conduct of another person.
