(a) No person shall make a delivery sale of cigarettes or electronic cigarettes to any individual who is under 21 years of age. (b) Each person accepting a purchase order for a delivery sale shall comply with the provisions of this Act and all other laws of this State generally applicable to sales of cigarettes or electronic cigarettes that occur entirely within this State.
