school property. (a) Distributing or delivering written or printed solicitation on school property or within 1,000 feet of school property, for the purpose of inviting students to any event when a significant purpose of the event is to commit illegal acts or to solicit attendees to commit illegal acts, or to be held in or around abandoned buildings, is prohibited. (b) For the purposes of this Section, "school property" is defined as the buildings or grounds of any public or private elementary or secondary school. (c) Sentence.
