Illinois Code § 720 ILCS 5/17-62

Unlawful possession of device for manufacturing a false universal price code label.

It is unlawful for a person to knowingly possess a device the purpose of which is to manufacture a false, counterfeit, altered, or simulated universal price code label. A violation of this Section is a Class 3 felony.
